Labour Charge: £35 for the first hour
£10 per 30 mins thereafter
Offsite Work: Most PC defects are fixed within the first 1½ hours of work done.
Onsite Work: Work done is charged at the rate shown above. For office setups that will require more than 1 day’s labour a price/daily rate can be negotiated.
Fixed Pricing: can be offered for many PC repairs that are carried out off site. Please call for details.
Diagnostic Service: A basic fee of £10 - £20 (depending on mileage) is charged for a thorough defect investigation which will not be exceeded without customer approval to carry on with further work. The diagnostic service cost will be absorbed into any closing labour charge.
Material Costs (charged at cost): If any parts or software need to be included in the job you will be advised of the costs before purchase.
Mileage Charge: A fee of up to £10 is charged depending on the distance travelled for collection and delivery.
